At LCAS-Studio, we take the necessary steps to ensure that every detail and element contributes to the desired design and enhances every aspect of the final product, whether it is a custom luxury home or a mixed-use building with residential and commercial spaces, among other examples.

Our extensive portfolio includes buildings with highly efficient energy certificates, demonstrating a blend of design and efficiency with a strong environmental commitment.
Our goal is to establish personal connections in each project, guiding spaces harmoniously from the initial concept through detailed design (execution project) and construction phases.
Each client has their own timeline and specific expectations, so we begin the work process based on the client’s needs, thoroughly evaluating them. Once a schedule is established and the work plan is approved, we start working on the drawings.
The working drawings include floor plans, sections, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, wall sections, three-dimensional images, photo-realistic images, mood boards, among others.
Each project is a constant collaboration between our studio and the client, from the initial consultation to project completion and key delivery.
To ensure the success of each endeavor, our partners, including engineering teams, are directly involved and follow each stage of the project from start to finish.
